Show reported person months
You are able to create an overview of the person months reported for your institute.
1. Select the menu option Reports\Reported person months per period
Now a pivot table is shown as below:
Here you can for your institute see ...
2. the reported person months per work package on the given row
3. the reported person months for one Interim report period
4. the reported person months for a Periodic report period (as reported to the EC)
5. the total reported person months
6.download all this information into Excel format
You also can manipulate this pivot table,
7. move a column in- or out of the table
8. filter on shown items
Also at the top of this pivot table you can select or unselect settings.
Note: after leaving this menu option all settings are reset to default.
