Steps
- During the month based EGI Operations and Operation support team is collecting mnthly broadcast entries
- EGI Operations team is supposed to send Broadcast entry email to operations-support@mailman.egi.eu using below described template
- Operations support team after OMB meeting is double checking via email with EGI Operations entries of the monthly broadcast
- Operations support is sending broadcast after confirmation from EGI Operations
