EGI OLA SLA framework
- Resource Center (RC) OLA - defines the minimum set of operational services and the respective quality parameters that a Resource Centre is required to provide in EGI.
- Resource infrastructure Provider (RP) OLA - defines the minimum set of operational services and the respective quality parameters that an EGI Resource infrastructure Provider is required to provide.
- EGI.eu OLA - define conditions under which EGI Core services are offered to EGI.eu by its the partners.
- EGI.eu SLA - define conditions under which EGI Core services are offered to NGIs by EGI.eu
- Technology Provider (TP) SLA - defines conditions under which middleware support is provided to the EGI community
