== EU Data Protection Regulation ==
The EU has implemented (or proposed, I am not sure yet) a data protection regulation describing which type of personal data a service provider may or may not collect and process (and certain conditions to that). This also affects the Federated Clouds Task Force since personal data (to some extent) is expected to be collected though the operation and management of VMs.
Possible areas/workgroups that may be affected:
* Accounting
* Monitoring
* Information Systems
* Notification
* Federated AAI

EU Data Protection Regulation
