EMI 1 decommissioning campaign has been started at March 04 2013 in agreement with the EMI 1 decommissioning plan that was agreed by the OMB in December: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Software_Retirement_Calendar#EMI_1
dCache v. 1.9.12 must be upgraded/retired by 31-08-2013 and no later than 30-09-2013 in compliance to the EGI Service Operations Security Policy (https://documents.egi.eu/document/669).
