Availability/Reliability
- TSA1.8 will continue the handling the validation and distribution of the monthly league tables regarding Resource Center and EGI.eu services and the maintenance of the relevant wiki space:
Availability_and_reliability_monthly_statistics
- The investigation of whether operational tools advancements can simplify the procedure of providing A/R reports is an ongoing activity and will continue in 2013.
- The possibility of handing over A/R reporting to COD will be assessed
- Automation of the A/R reposting procedure should also be investigated
- An action on revising current suspension policies (thresholds) is planned for the first quarter of 2013

VO Services
- Initialized following dteam VO groups: NGI_UA [7] and EGI
- Decommissioned following dteam VO legacy group: ROC_UKI [8]
EGI Catch All CA
- Established new Registration Authority setup for EGI.eu catch all Certification Authority in Senegal
- New website for EGI.eu catch all Certification Authority developed [9]
Core Services for Site Certification
- Certification portal maintenance operations [10]
Operational tools
- Provisioning and deployment of Central Nagios infrastructure for middleware monitoring [11]. The provisioning of this additional service has been done for the purpose of providing NGIs and NGI managers with a view of middleware status deployment within their NGI through the central operations portal.
- Several probes to check middleware versions on Grid sites have been added so far.
- Maintenance of Central Nagios infrastructure for security monitoring [12]
- Several new probes to check security vulnerabilities on Grid sites have been developed and added
Milestones not accomplished
- Decomission of all ROC legacy groups has not been completed. This task will go on in 2013.
Plans for 2013
VO Services
Currently the DTEAM VO services are provided through the VOMRS service. Since this service is now unsupported there are ongoing investigations on the missing features of the VOMS service that need to be enabled prior to proceeding to the migration of the service.
Decommission of NGI groups (i.e. NGI_IE) and/or legacy groups is also foreseen in 2013.
EGI Catch All CA
Continue the support and operation of the EGI Catch All CA and the expansion of the RA Network as needed.
Core Services for Site Certification
Continue the support and operation of the Site Certification Core Services. An upgrade of all services is foreseen in the first and second quarter of 2013.
Operational tools
The provisioning of dedicated SAM instances for Central Middleware monitoring is foreseen for 2013.
The provisioning of dedicated SAM NGI instance for small to medium NGIs will be investigated as a means to leverage effort for these NGIs.
