- 100% availability/reliability for the topbdii.core.ibergrid.eu service during QR13
- Sustainable integrated A/R for ibergrid sites during QR13
- May (98%/98% A/R)
- June (98%/98% A/R)
- July (96%/97% A/R)
2.3. Issues and mitigation
Issue Description | Mitigation Description |
---|---|
SAM tests seems to be failing for a couple of hours during the first hours of the 1st of each month | Investigation of the issue was inconclusive. For the transition July --> August we have switch to the backup nagios at LIP to understand if the failure is related to the site (main instance is deployed at CESGA) or to the service itself. |
Failover between backup SAM instance and main SAM instance is manual | We are investigating in some mechanism to trigger the failover automatically |
