Title: EGI SVG 'ALERT' [TLP:WHITE] ZeroMQ Vulnerability [EGI-SVG-CVE-2019-13132] Date: 2019-07-10 Updated: Affected software and risk ========================== Vulnerability concerning ZeroMQ Package : ZeroMQ CVE ID : CVE-2019-13132 A vulnerability in ZeroMQ (>=4.0.0) has been announced, where a remote, unauthenticated client may cause a stack overflow and overwrite the stack with arbitrary data. [R 1], [R 2], [R 3] Actions required/recommended ============================ ZeroMQ is one of the supported messaging solutions in OpenStack. If any cloud site is using ZeroMQ, they should update urgently, as should any site using ZeroMQ for any other service.
