Report from WLCG MW Officer

MW readiness verifications:

  • FTS 3.4.x verified both SL6 and CentoOS7 at CERN
  • DPM 1.8.11 verification ongoing ( both SL6 and CentOS7) at various sites
  • ARGUS 1.7 on CentOS7 verification completed at CERN
  • gfal2 2.11.0 verified by GRIF_LLR on SL6

Updates from Technical Providers

dCache

DPM/LFC

DPM /LFC 1.8.11 + dmlite 0.7.6 released to EPEL testing.

  • this is the first version supporting CentOS7, but still we need some validation by sites before declaring it production ready. ( some validation ongoing in WLCG MW readiness)
  • we would like to publish it also to EGI Preview

Data management clients

  • gfal2 2.11.0 + gfal2-utils 1.3.2 in EPEL stable. Staged Rollout report prepared by GRIF_LLR circulated.
  • Davix 0.6.3 soon to be pushed to EPEL stable

FTS

FTS 3.4.1 released to EPEL stable

ARC

  • Jon will be away on parental leave until May 25.
