- Define group communication: wikipage; mailing list; initially semi-monthly calls of approx 1hr via WebEx (better to fix same time same day)
- Agree/Refine Objectives
- Discuss Milestones and draft workplan
- Agree on target for presentation at review
- Agree on final output
- Goal by the end of the call is to have a clear picture moving forward and a defined a work plan and effort, based on an initial draft
