Although the funding is available for this role, it has been deviated from other tasks, that have to be delivered anyhow, and most of the times by the same persons. In general, this is an extra role faced as an extra burden, and therefore, it is difficult to motivate people to perform their duties either efficiently or in a timely manner. I wonder how is the response from all NILs in a general way. My impression is that these are people deeply involved in many fundamental tasks of the project, and therefore, do not have the time or the will to handle this extra load. | ||
