During this quarter there were a total of two releases for UMD-3 components ([http://repository.egi.eu/2014/02/20/release-umd-3-5-0/] 3.5.0) and ([http://repository.egi.eu/2014/04/07/release-umd-3-6-0/] 3.6.0) and one last release for UMD-2 ([http://repository.egi.eu/2014/02/11/release-umd-2-8-0/] 2.8.0). In total 24 products and sub-components were deployed and tested among then three new products: gridsafe, cream-slurm and finally the new lcg-utils package denominated gfal2. Also of notice is that even with ending of project on view the number of staged rollout reports was in-line with the last quarters with a Total Number of 36 on which 16 different components were tested spread over 12 sites.

To finalize in the middle of this quarter UMD-2 entered into decommission process and a campaign was prepared. As usual SA 1.3 was engaged and one of the tasks was to ask sites still acting as early adopters for UMD-2 components if they were willing to continue the staged rollout activity now under UMD-3. In total  80 sites were contact, which 3 of then dropped there activities and 20 didn't replied. The full list can be consulted [https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Agenda-07-04-2014#UMD_3_Campaign here].

2. Main Achievements

During this quarter there were a total of two releases for UMD-3 components ([1] 3.5.0) and ([2] 3.6.0) and one last release for UMD-2 ([3] 2.8.0).

The full list can be consulted here.
