Migration activity

  • Top-BDII services provided by NGI_IT have been upgraded to EMI-3.
  • WMS servers managed by NGI_IT were upgraded to EMI-3

Resource centers changes

  • certified: FBF-Brescia-IT (new site), INFN-NAPOLI-ARGO and INFN-NAPOLI-PAMELA (back in production)
  • suspended: BIOCOMP
  • closed: CESIC-UNICAL

IGI portal

  • We have developed an interface for the cloud solution that cooperate with WNoDes OpenStack and OpenNebula.
  • The Data Management plugin for the IGI Portal has been improved. It's now possible to download data from Grid to an external server. Several improvements in the web interface have been provided and some bug have been fixed. We are studying the possibility to move data between Grid and Cloud storage and the integration of a metadata catalogue.
  • We are working on DIRAC solution integration in the Portal.
  • We are working on some interfaces for new specific applications.

Security

  • SAM II level support on duty weeks.
  • ARGUS EMI3 early adopter deployment.
  • Follow up and fixing issues on both security dashboard and nagios for local NGi site.

Ticketing

  • Routine maintenance of the italian ticketing system

Accounting

  • Study on the relation between the information published in the BDII by the different type of SEs. This study is helping the development of a sensor that write UR compatible with the StAR UR. Those record will be collected in the central accounting repository along with those for CPU accounting.

  • UR2.0 P-REC (Proposed Recommendation) is in public comment since the beginning of March.
  • Migration to EMI-3 of all the installed WMSes.
  • Migration to EMI-3 of all the installed Top-BDIIs.
  • A web based Data Management utility is available to Grid users.
  • Helpdesk activity for IGI and TPM has been performed.
