EGI-InSPIRE
- Testing FedCloud for end users
- 1) Joined FedCloud VO (Success)
- 2) Accessing resources (listing available VMs and resource profiles) (Success)
- 3) Accessing available storage (Success)
- 4) Starting/Stopping VMs and access (Success)
- 5) Publishing custom VA to EGI appliance repository (Success)
- 6) Registering published VA at AppDB (Success)
- 7) Notifying VO manager and asking to include custom image in VO wise list (Not implemented yet, not possible)
- Possible issues:
a) resource providers define the profiles for the resource - what if i need 10 cores ? Whom should i ask ? b) how many VMs with highest resource profile i can run ? - what happens if i try to run 100 VMs, but site has only 10 cores ? c) information system is absent about the available resources.
