User support processes
See the processes described in the D3.1:User Community Support Process deliverable document
Surveys for user communities
The development of the European Grid Infrastructure is driven by user communities. EGI provides different mechanisms for user communities to communicate their needs and requirements with infrastructure developers and providers. The User Community Support Team of EGI.eu performed the following surveys in order to receive feedback from user communities on particular topics:
Name of the survey | Format of the survey | Sent to | Sent (date) | Deadline to answer | Number of responses | Response rate | Link to survey and to collected responses |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
NGI User Support Questionnaire | Email with attached doc | Main contacts of NGI User Support Teams | 25.09-05.10/2010 | Continuous collection of responses | Processed answers | ||
VO questionnaire on EMI middleware transition and features | Administrators of every registered EGI VO | 07/10/2010 | 18/10/2010 | 23 (out of 223) | 10.3% | XLS file in EGI.eu Humyo |
