This report covers support activities to existing user communities, and belongs to EGI-InSPIRE SA1 (Task SA1.7 - Support Teams). 2. ACTIVITY REPORT
2.1. User Support achievements
- User Support survey was sent to regional users in order to better defined their activity profile
- RT is completely integrated with GGUS, also providing the helpdesk for regional user support
- DIRAC documentation is being revised for IBERGRID, and to potentiate their usage.
- Provisioning of resources for the Distributed Research Infrastructure for Hydro-Meteorology Study (DRIHM) project at some of the Iberian sites
- The ibergrid-support mailing list was made public to allow public consultation from users.
