Notes:

  • Both milestones are an assessment of services from a managerial perspective'and should be reported as an evaluation of the services -do 'not report what your NGI did for those tasks/services as this is covered by the Quarterly Reports.
  • MS115: External assessments of NA2.2 EGI Dissemination and Marketing as a global task. 
  • MS116: Self-assessment of NGI International Tasks, required for tasks where your NGI has effort. (The operations part is covered through a survey linked at the bottom of this page).

Improved quality, a bit mroe focused on users. We always received immediate help from the dissemination team for NGI events, whenever we asked for it. 4 Maybe focusing a bit more on general public. Smaller NGIs (like us) would need a bit more help in Outreach activities

NA2.3N Policy Development We use GridBriefings for preparing materials for the Hungarian Ministry of Sciences, but this activity is rather limited, which is mainly involuntary. 3 More focus on joint NGI-HU efforts rather than invidual actions.

NA3.3N Application Database We are trying to regulary register our apps to the DB, sometimes it is hard to keep it up-to-date. 3 To update apps/tools on a regular basis.
NA3.3N Training Marketplace Limited use, but registered all events in it. 4 So far we used it only for registering our materials, we have to investigate the already existing material too. Maybe an added calendar could be useful for the upcoming training events.
NA3.3N Consultancy Limited occasions, but still operating GASuC 3 More people in NGI-HU (which is sadly not foreseen) dedicated to it..
