NA3.3N U-N-3 U-N-13 Requirements Gathering User requirements are usually gathered via request tracking system or in direct interaction with our users and users communities. We meet our actual or potential users during events (seminars, conferences, individual discussion targeting on large infrastructure users and Czech part of ESFRI projects). 5 Participate more conferences and workshops organized by our users or large ESFRI projects.
NA3.3N U-N-14 U-N-15 Application Database Our users are satisfied with the actual access to available applications. 2 Help to solve problem of our users with MPI jobs.
NA3.3N U-N-16 U-N-17 Training Trainings are organized regularly once a year for whole NGI and in additional on a user community request. 4 Improved, better organized and classified (beginners x advanced) EGI InSPIRE training documents required.
NA3.3N U-N-12 U-N-18 U-N-19 Consultancy Consultancy is provided via help desk (request tracking system) and in direct interaction with user communities. We use RT <-> GGUS interface. 5 RT - GGUS interface development and adapting.

Operations Services

SA1.4N O-N-9 Requirements Gathering Requirements are continuously pushed to developers through direct glite/EMI channels (where CESNET is directly involved), therefore we didn't gathered too much requirements in last EGI call. 3 how to improve
SA1.1N O-N-9 Operations Coordination Operation group for NGI_CZ is joined with operation of Czech National Grid (MetaCentrum), we benefit from common monitoring and operation group. Support teems communicate via ticketing system, we have scheduled regular bi-weekly meeting (videoconferencing). On EGI level, NGI_CZ participates on regular OMB, OTAG and OM meetings. 4
SA1.2N O-N-9 Security Group responsible for monitoring of security related issues is merged with the same group in MetaCentrum. The same people are also involved in Czech CSIRT group, where they are responsible for grid related problems. 4

Infrastructure Services (Table 3)

SA1.3N O-N-9 Software Rollout NGI_CZ is not participating in Software Rollout directly, we do tests of LB and WMS through glite activities. 2 Make our LB and WMS "testing environment" part of Software Rollout activity, probably with EMI 1.0 release.
SA1.4N O-N-3 Monitoring NGI_CZ Nagios was deployed successfully, we are working on integration with national nagios and nagios installation on all sites. Second installation of Nagios with VOCE VO as monitoring VO is expected to be installed soon. 4 False positives occur, problematic WMS causes unavailability of sites, documentation for advance configuration could be improved.
SA1.5N O-N-2 Accounting Transition to ActiveMQ is done, EGI wide accounting portal is used. Jobs not submitted via gLite are not included. 4 Instructions how to publish statistics for non gLite mw are needed. Accounting per user is not available even for the VO managers because some sites do not publish DNs. Storage accounting is not available at all.
SA1.4N O-N-1 O-N-4 Configuration Repository and Operations Portal National instance of operations portal deployed and used for regular work, intergation with local RT system is planned. We have analyzed and tested local installation of configuration repository, but due to missing synchronisation of data between central and regional instances it's not operated now. 3 CODs check only the central version, sometimes alarms stayed on central version although they were resolved in the local instance. regionalization og GOCDB, documented extensibility of database schema.
SA1.6N SA1.7N O-N-6 O-N-7 Helpdesk A regional Request Tracking System is connected to GGUS via web-service interface, CESNET is actively developing RT/GGUS interface and is providing the same service also for SA2. In SA1, the same RT serves both national and international user communities. 5 Further development is expected, documentation of installation should be improved (to be usable for more NGIs).
SA1.8N O-N-5 O-N-8 Core Services NGI_CZ operates usual set of core services (top-bdii, CA), as well as services for VOs we are responsible for (VOCE, Auger) - we provide several instances of WMS and LB, as well as UI, VOMS, MyProxy, LFC. 5 Documentation of HA setup for core services would be very welcomed.

Other (Table 4)

NA2.3N Policy Development NGI_CZ set a liberal policy allowing users using Grid services without any legal or formal obstructions. Once a year an ex-post report is required for user account prolongation. 4 Set a priority access according to users' results (number and quality of user publications). The prioritization policy will be developed in cooperation with CERIT-SC (large NGI resource provider)
NA2.2N E-N-2 Dissemination We actively present NGI/EGI role on conferences, workshops, meetings and trainings organized by user groups (large user groups, Czech part of ESFRI project, etc.) or by ourselves. We usually have a presentation and/or poster session here and provide participants with flyers, Yearbooks, and other information. 4
