The purpose of the support unit in GGUS is to handle problems associated with service operations activity, e.g. handling user requests.

All GGUS tickets assigned to SU either by TPM or directly by the users are handled through GGUS system.

Are tickets typically solved in Support or reassigned elsewhere? supporters both resolve the matter and solve the ticket or they assign the ticket to another support unit.
