The update mentioned at the previous meeting applying a patch from ARC developers to globus-gssapi-gsi is now in EPEL stable (or soon will be in the case of EPEL 7). The proposed patch was accepted upstream, but there has not been an upstream release yet, though it is merged in git now.
The small set of minor updates from upstream (globus-common, globus-ftp-client, globus-gridftp-server-control), previously available in EPEL testing, are now in EPEL stable:

* EPEL5: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2017-582dc63f7a
* EPEL6: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2017-7439405929
* EPEL7: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2017-6286391434

A small set of minor updates from upstream was released (globus-common, globus-ftp-client, globus-gridftp-server-control), these are available in EPEL testing. Note that the EPEL 5 update was pushed to stable with the help of karma from Alejandro in order to be in stable before the EPEL 5 end-of-life on March 31.

Xrootd 4.6.0-8 will soon have been in EPEL testing for 14 days and will be pushable to EPEL stable tomorrow.
