UMD 4
- v4.8.5 released: http://repository.egi.eu/2019/09/10/release-umd-4-8-5/
- next release targeted (not only) on HTCondor-CE and dCache 5.0 (end of October)
- more plans on regular releases: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/UMD_Release_Schedule
CMD
- CMD for OpenNebula: difficult to support, lack of EAs (critical for UMD process) and low usage in the federation (several providers migrating to OpenStack)
- UMD team available to accept updates, but no regular releases planned
- CMD for OpenStack: trying to get TPs more involved in the release process, establishing a "forum" like URT
- Vincenzo contacting the providers
- ask if they wish to attend the URT meeting (would be great) or have a dedicated URT-like short meeting (more suitable)
- ask if they wish to have a dedicated mailing list (would be much better here to use urt-discuss as well)
