ARC From ARC 5.3.0 (15.03u13) the openssl >= 1.1.0 rework has been implemented. There is therefore no longer support for platforms that require openssl below this. 

The consequence is that from ARC 5.3.0 only EL6+, Fedora12+, Debian 7+, Ubuntu 11.10+ will be supported. In particular we will not continue support for EL5 and Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. 		-
