Value of an attribute looks like MjAwNTAzMjIxNzAwMzRaIA
Diagnosis
Instead of the proper value for some attribute in the information published for a particular service, ldapsearch shows a value like "MjAwNTAzMjIxNzAwMzRaIA".
This will happen when the correct value is followed by a space in the LDIF that is served by the resource BDII of the service.
Check the static LDIF files e.g. under /opt/glite/etc/gip/ldif, in particular if they were modified manually.
These days it is unlikely for an info provider or plugin to generate such malformed output lines.
