Missing SubCluster entries in a BDII
Diagnosis
When for a particular CE there is a GlueSubCluster missing in a BDII, the cause would be as explained here:
In particular:
- For one of the VOs supported by the CE there may be multiple RunTimeEnvironment tags that only differ in case.
A bug was opened for this (https://savannah.cern.ch/bugs/?68968), but the fix may get rolled out only for EMI-CREAM.
Solution
The site admin can edit the tag files (under /opt/edg/var/info and/or /opt/glite/var/info) to remove duplicates and may want to contact the responsible VO to avoid repetition of the problem.
