CRITICAL risk vulnerability concerning VMware

An out of bounds read vulnerability has been announced in VMware [R 1], [R 2]. 
The vulnerability may be exploited by a malicious actor to execute code on the host as a guest. 
VMware ESXi 6.7, 6.5, and 6.0, Workstation 14.x and Fusion 10.x. are affected
