There are currently three instances of the regionalized operations portal used by: Portugal, Greece, Belarus. The local instances synchronize the alarms and the tickets with the central one. Having an xGUS instance the operations portal could interface with it.

The local instances push the information ( alarms, tickets , metrics)  to the central one. In case of disruption of services in the Central Instance the regional ones continue to operate properly.
