Document Naming

A Policy document file name should follows the following rule:

EGI-P.<NUMBER FROM DOCUMENT REPOSITORY>-<POLICY GROUP ACRONYM>-<SHORT TITLE OR KEYWORDS>.doc/docx/pdf
