  1. Resource Center (RC) OLA - defines the minimum set of operational services and the respective quality parameters that a Resource Centre is required to provide in EGI.
  2. Resource infrastructure Provider (RP) OLA - defines the minimum set of operational services and the respective quality parameters that an EGI Resource infrastructure Provider is required to provide.
  3. EGI.eu OLA - define conditions under which EGI Core services are offered to EGI.eu by its the partners.It supports delivery of what was promissed in EGI.eu SLA.
