The recorded skills and assets focus around the NA2 tasks of communication and marketing, strategic planning and policy support, community outreach and technical outreach to new communities." Where are these distributed competence centres? What skills do they have and what do they offer? Please note that I'm simply saying that the information about this work is not broadcasted and easily accessible, and therefore, I'm not sure about the status of the task (that could be in very good shape, I simply do not know about it). | 2 | how to improve |
