The DECH-Portal and the D-Grid Support Portal DGUS will be replaced by the NGI-DE Support Portal. It will be reachable via the URL https://helpdesk.ngi-de.eu starting from May 1st.
Migration
After this date you will be redirected automatically to the new portal if you want to submit a ticket in the DECH-Portal. All old tickets will be accessible via archives. The support units will be transferred to the new portal. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please contact Sabine Reißer sabine.reisser at kit.edu .
