There are three Grid infrastructure installations in Switzerland:
- gLite installation at CSCS (Tier2), PSI and SWITCH
- Swiss ATLAS Grid (University of Berne, Geneva and CSCS) based on ARC
- Swiss Multi-Science Computing Grid (SMSCG) based on ARC
In addition, there are campus grids operated by various universities as well as the Virtual EZ Grid project
