|purpose= NGI_ZA provides support to South African sites registered in the Africa-Arabia Regional Operations Centre. It provides monitoring of these sites and assists with operational issues. It provides site administrator training and limited user support
What is the purpose of the UNIT?
|components= NGI_ZA provides support for gLite components of the EMI and UMD middleware stack.
|assigned by= TPM (or any SU) can assign general requests for support from users using the NGI_ZA resources. There are no special permissions required for this SU
|solved by= Tickets can be solved by the support unit, the sites themselves or can be solved by other Support Units, if the issue has been escalated.
