Data transfer from GGUS to NGI_PL ticketing system

For transferring data from the GGUS system to the NGI_PL ticketing system GGUS uses the web services provided by the NGI_PL ticketing system. Available operations are:

  • OpCreate for creating a new ticket in NGI_PL ticketing system,
  • AddAttachment for adding an attachment file to an existing ticket and
  • TicketModify for updating an existing ticket in NGI_PL ticketing system.
