What is the purpose of the NGI_NDGF Support?

NGI_NDGF support deals with operations primarily related to the LHC T1/T2/T3 resources that reside in the Nordic countries and, initially, the Baltic countries. It is operated by NDGF, which in itself is a distributed T1 organisation. The support group monitors the state of the NDGF infrastructure using the tools provided by both EGI and NDGF. It does NOT provide general USER support.

For which components does NGI_NDGF provide support?

NGI_NDGF provides support for ARC middleware and limited support for gLite middleware.
