Who will assign tickets to NGI_INDIA Support?
Any support query regarding NGI_INDIA shall be sent to grid-chain@cdac.in and the support system will automatically raise a ticket in NGI_INDIA queue. However, the email-id grid-chain@cdac.in doesn't exist right now and will be created during the GGUS-RT Integration.
Are tickets typically solved in NGI_INDIA Support or reassigned elsewhere?
Tickets are resolved by NGI_INDIA support team only.
Who is responsible for NGI_INDIA Support?
At present, Ms. Divya and Henry from GARUDA Operations team will respond to the support queries.
