Data transfer from GGUS to NGI_CZ ticketing system
For transferring data from the GGUS system to the NGI_CZ ticketing system GGUS uses the web services provided by the NGI_CZ ticketing system. Available operations are:
- TicketCreate for creating a new ticket in NGI_CZ ticketing system and
- TicketModify for updating an existing ticket in NGI_CZ ticketing system.

Data transfer from NGI_CZ ticketing system to GGUS
For transferring data from the NGI_CZ ticketing system to GGUS the NGI_CZ ticketing system uses the web services provided by GGUS. Available operations are:

- TicketModify for updating an existing ticket and
- TicketGet for reading values of an existing ticket.
