What is the purpose of the NGI_AT Support?

The NGI_AT support team is responsible for solving issues related to the operation of grid sites in Austria. The support staff also can be contacted by users in case that help or information related to the Austrian grid infrastructure is sought.

For which components does NGI_AT provide support?

We support users and site administrators for all components and services deployed in NGI_AT.

Which quality of service (QoS) will you provide?

Who will assign tickets to NGI_AT Support?

Tickets can be assigned to NGI_NAT directly or by TPM.

Are tickets typically solved in NGI_AT Support or reassigned elsewhere?

Tickets are solved by the NGI_AT helpdesk.

Who is responsible for NGI_AT Support?

The two Austrian sites in Vienna (Contact: Dietrich Liko) and Innsbruck (Contact: Wolfgang Jais) are responsible for NGI_AT support.

What documentation is available on NGI_AT Support?

NGI_AT is mainly supporting operations within WLCG. Documentation is provided by the respective VOs. In other cases feel free to contact NGI AT Grid Support
