What is the purpose of the ELOG Operations Support?

ELOG is a weblog tool. It allows e.g. LHC experiment shifters to put information into chronological order and to retrieve them through a web interface. The elog support will handle any operational issues with the tool.

Normally the GGUS TPM judging from the ticket content.

Elog support is the second level support so shall be handled within this SU. In special circumstances, e.g. changes needed to the underlying codebase, the problem has to be handled by the elog development team which will be contacted by ELOG Operations directly.
