| This page provides information about the User Support and Operation activity of the EGI Federated Cloud infrastructure. This activity involves participants from several partners of the EGI collaboration. The group has coordination teleconferences with bi-weekly frequencies. | The goals of the User Support and Operation activity of the EGI Federated Cloud are:
| |
| 1. Monitor the status of the EGI Federated Cloud infrastructure and related user support teams
| |
| 2. Provide support for the use of the infrastructure by users and use cases
| |
| 3. Identify bottlenecks, issues and opportunities for improving infrastructure operations and user support services
| |
| 4. Initiate new activities for improved operation and support
| |
| 5. Receive and discuss new cloud services from the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force
| |
| 6. Capture user requirements and feedback for the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force and other relevant partners
| |
