How can I get support privileges?
There are two ways getting support privileges.
- Select yes from the Do you want to have support access? radio button.
- Become a member of the EGI User Community ggus-supporters group. Members of this group are granted support privileges automatically if accessing GGUS via EGI SSO and registered to the system.
What if I have questions which are not dealt with by this FAQ?
Please submit a GGUS ticket or send your question by mail to supportatnospamggus.org.
