Introduction

The goal of this page is to support the collaborative effort of robot certificate owners and EGI.eu to gather statistical information about those who access EGI infrastructure services with robot certificates. The statistical information could help the EGI community build a complete picture about service usage and could support the planning of infrastructure and human resource distribution.

Data

The table below is a proposal for a database where statistical information about EGI robot certificate users can be stored. It has the following structure:

  • Information about the robot certificate instance (EGI.eu responsibility):
    • Owner of the robot (name)
    • DN of the certificate
    • Name of the EGI VO where the robot certificate is registered


  • Information about users of the certificate (robot certificate owner responsibility; every 3 months):
    • Total number of users of the robot
    • Number of users who use the robot but are also registered in the same VO with a personal certificate (Optional)
