2. ACTIVITY REPORT
2.1. Progress Summary
- TR-Grid CA is operated.
- Regular updates including middleware is followed up and implemented to NGI_TR sites.
- Attendance to OMB meetings.
- Attendance to Grid Operation Meetings.
- CA packages had been updated.
- Nagios instance is updated to the latest release and moved to a virtual server.
- The Nagios box is operated and maintained.
- gLite3.2 DPM Server is migrated to EMI-2 for TR-10-ULAKBIM(SL5)
- gLite3.2 DPM Disk servers are migrated to EMI-2 for TR-10-ULAKBIM(SL5)
- gLite3.2 DPM Server is migrated to EMI-2 for TR-03-METU(SL5)
- gLite3.2 DPM Disk servers are migrated to EMI-2 for TR-03-METU(SL5)
- gLite3.2 Worker Nodes are migrated to EMI-2 for TR-10-ULAKBIM(SL6) with cvmfs support
- gLite3.2 Worker Nodes are installed with EMI-2 into Virtual Machines which are operated by OpenNebula for TR-01-ULAKBIM(SL6)
- CVMFS and gLexec support is given to the EMI-2 worker nodes of TR-03-METU.
- All grid services are monitored and the raised problems are fixed.
- The raised alarms on Dashboard are closed and the tickets are updated.
- Support is given to site manager of Azerbaijan site to fix problem raised by Nagios instance
- Stage rollout test is done as an Early Adaptor for EMI-2 WN
- Consistency check and cleaning orphan files is achieved for ATLAS and CMS VOs.
- Space tokens are updated and data is migrated for ATLAS community
- Deployment of watchdog agent
- Operational issues reported by CMS and ATLAS VOs are fixed

2.2. Main Achievements
EMI-2 WN installation has been completed and WN image is created for TR-01-ULAKBIM site. This image is running for 50 worker nodes in TR-01-ULAKBIM site whic are operated by OpenNebula.
2.3. Issues and mitigation

| NGI_TR nagios instance was changed at the beginning of November, 2012. There was a GOCDB interruption in November 21st, 2012.
