2. ACTIVITY REPORT

2.1. User Support achievements

  • User Support survey was sent to regional users in order to better defined their activity profile
  • RT is completely integrated with GGUS, also providing the helpdesk for regional user support
  • DIRAC documentation is being revised for IBERGRID, and to potentiate their usage.
  • Provisioning of resources for the Distributed Research Infrastructure for Hydro-Meteorology Study (DRIHM) project at some of the Iberian sites
  • The ibergrid-support mailing list was made public to allow public consultation from users.
