2.1. User Support achievements
1. Participation of the HellasGrid User Support Team, at the Virtual Team "Science Gateway Primer" as NGI_GRNET representative.
2. Solving of various problems concerning the WS-PGΡADE portal.
3. Update of the SOAP interface between the GGUS and HellasGrid Request Tracker.
2.2. Plans
1. The provision of credentials for access to HellasGrid WS-PGRADE portal through the HellasGrid access site (https://access.hellasgrid.gr). These credentials will be also used for access to the HellasGrid User Interfaces.
2. The update of the HellasGrid site with the software packages installed at the various HellasGrid sites.
