2.1. Progress Summary

TSA1.2 A Secure Infrastructure

  • Participation on EGI CSIRT IRTF weekly meetings (1/11/2010, 8/11/2010, 15/11/2010, 22/11/2010, 29/11/2010, 6/12/2010, 13/12/2010, 20/12/2010, 10/1/2011, 31/1/2011)
  • Participation on EGI CSIRT monthly meetings (18/11/2010, 21/12/2010 and 20/01/2011)
  • Acted as EGI_CSIRT Duty Contact 1 time (week of 3rd January)

2.2. Main Achievements

During Q3, NGI_GRNET focused in assisting NGIs from Romania, Cyprus, Georgia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, FYROM, Armenia and Israel to establish their own independent NGIs while maintaining regular day to day operations. The SEE ROC is no ready to be decommissioned and the process is already ongoing.

11 out of 12 sites sites adopted AMQ messaging for Usage Record publication, the Last one is a small 32bit site that will either be decommissioned or upgraded with new hardware, decision is still pending on this one.
