The following are concrete achievements of the NGI-DE sites:

  • In FZJ the UNICORE target system service was fully integrated in EGI monitoring. The site also performed the early adoption of UNICORE EMI-3 services and the verification and early-adoption of the EMI-3.2 unicore service.
  • KIT made contributions in security, e.g., preparation of Security Service Challenge in NGI-DE (execution planned for August), preparation of the Security Workshop at GridKa-School 2013, and deployed pilot for side wide security monitoring with Pakiti.
  • TU-Dresden performed installation of cvfms for Atlas for the software management. The installation was harder than stated and it took quite a while until the system ran smoothly.
