This report covers support activities to existing user communities, and belongs to EGI-InSPIRE SA1 (Task SA1.7 - Support Teams). The outreach to new communities activities that NGIs perform under NA2 are gathered through the Virtual Teams. However, there may be outreach activities that do outside of VTs. You can report about these in your 2.2.3 paragraph as well.

2. ACTIVITY REPORT

2.1. User Support achievements

Contacts with the leader of the Thermoelectrics Theory group of LITEN / CEA-Grenoble. After discussions with the Compchem manager they are now accepted in this VO.

Contacts with a computing engineer in the Chemistry Lab in Clermont-Fd (France) : ICCF [1]

They heavily use molecular simulation in their researches. They are currently invited to register the Compchem VO.

These involvements in the Compchem VO are very positive as there were just a few users  from France in this VO that is accepted in several sites in France.

France Grilles is currently working to more define the services offered to the users.

2.2. Plans

Continue the work on the services.

2.3. Issues and mitigation
