Operation of local grid services ran satisfactorily, as well as the CA run by UCPH on behalf of the Nordic countries. Trained new personnel for participation in NDGF's shared OoD scheme.
Analysed, reverse engineered, and traced hacking attempt on egi infrastructure. Presented results at EGI-CSIRT

| Poor performance of UNICPH-NBI due to a power cut and a bug in the ARC middleware which caused the information system to not start automatically and resulted in low availability. The site was not monitored and the issue was not discovered until the GGUS ticket arrived. | The fix was to add the site to NDGF monitoring as explained in GGUS #68374. |
