EGI-InSPIRE

• EGI User Portal: new portal based on opencms deployed by the it-support: https://portal.egi.eu/
• EGI-Engage - DCCs: meeting with NILs
• User Training at EGI CF: meeting to define the agenda
• EGI Federated Cloud:
  • FedCloud User Support TF: meeting
  • How to support new or existing VOs: wiki created - to be tested
  • DCH-RP use case supported
  • Checked the status of vmcatcher deployment on the EGI FedCloud (currently vmcatcher is not mandatory to get the certification)
  • AppDB + vmcatcher workflow to manage VMs: meeting
  • Demos at EGI CF: started the organisation in collaboration with the dissemination team
  • TF weekly call
• WebFTS investigation
  • Tested data transfers (SRM) for biomed VO (works fine)
  • WebFTS has one nice feature at the moment: autocomplete list of SRM endoints (user does not need to query BDII)
  • missing feature: upload local file to a remote SRM (globusonline.eu provides desktop client for this).

WebFTS will provide with psossibility to access files from cloud providers such as: dropbox, owncloud, but still users will have to upload local files there.

• EGI disciplines mapping
  • Excel updated with new disciplines mappings from survey and based on current first level disciplines mapping to a first level new ones
  • Emails were sent to VO managers who has a VO mapped to "Multidisciplinary VOs" and "Others" (received 9 responses)
• ESFRIs
  • Projects from ESFRI roadmap (from earlier investigations) which do not exist in a current cross table
• NILs meeting: attendees excel updated.
• Lavoisier for EGI User Portal
  • Provided all the needed information and how to query BDII and all user related attributes EGI User Portal would need to Cyril (Cyril said it requires some work to be done and he will let us know)
  • Cyril informed that with newly upgraded operations portal their already have some information what EGI User Portal is planning to use for e.g.

• CF Hackathon
  • Provided details about Hackathon to Noam
• Workflow image manipulation demo
  • Testing of the workflow
• EGI Catch all Myproxy download issue at SSP platform (SSP issue, not myproxy server's)

• OMB meeting, chaired
• Follow up with the issues found in the new release of the Ops Dashboard
• Follow up with NGIs who are behind the migration to the new SAM instances
• Distribution of the tasks inherited from COD to EGI.eu

SA2

• URT Meeting, chaired
• Progressing on the Annual report (50%), draft by the end of this week.
• Preparation for next UMD release, mid May (considering possible delay after CF)
