EGI-InSPIRE and Open Access

EGI-InSPIRE is an FP7 project that has the obligation to make freely available the scientific publications that are possible thanks to the funded effort through the project. The scientific publications that are possible thanks to EGI-InSPIRE should be claimed in the OpenAIRE portal so that they are associated to EGI-InSPIRE.

How to Claim Publications in OpenAIRE

Pre-requisites:

  • you have an account for the OpenAIRE portal (if not available, you can create it)
  • you have the list of publications that you want to claim as being a result of funded effort within the EGI-InSPIRE project

Steps:

  1. Log in in the OpenAIRE portal
  2. Select the menuParticipate->Claim publications
  3. Type EGI-InSPIRE in the text box, select the full name of the project, click "Add New Project" and click "Proceed"
  4. Identify all the publications either through a search phrase or through the DOI
